It took a week to get here !!! Super happy about that! BUT The product doesn’t seem to work, even after charging. I will leave it to charge for the night and update on here again. Please Read! Don’t but from this seller !!!! He sent me a bad product! I told him it wasn’t working and sent him a video as proof and they told me to repair it myself! Why would I buy a brand new product to then go and waist more money cuz the company failed its manufacture?! I paid 17.40 with shipping and they offered to refund me 1 Dollar!!!!! I said NO, I want half the price I paid or send me a new one. Then they offered 3 Dollars. How is this fair?! While I paid 17.40 ! As a company u need to make sure your products work! Or refund the costumer. It was a present for my mom and I am so ashamed of this situation.
Everything works. Ice breaking did not try, but it is written that the power is enough. When sending, the box crumpled and opened, but everything is whole. The parcel went to moscow for a month and a half. Unfortunately, the unit broke after two uses. At first the battery came-was killed almost to zero. Replaced the battery, tried to make two portions in a row. The first he managed, the second he cut off, very heated and conquered. On the move, burned to death. Very sorry.
The order came within three weeks. Blender corresponds to the description, but it does not work!!!))) does not charge. Think well before ordering))
Came superrrr fast to Israel. It was here in exactly two weeks. Good quality. Came with instructions and came wrapped very good and safe.. U need to charge before use. I’ll use it tomorrow and update.
