We ship worldwide so no matter where you are in the world if you order from our store, you will receive your package.  

Please note, HOMEWARER is not responsible for any custom fees once your order is shipped. By buying any of our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.



All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order and wish to get a refund, we can refund you without a hitch. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and if you're not happy, we are definitely not happy! Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you no longer want the product, you may request for a full refund but you must first return the item in its original condition and unused. You will have to ship the item back to us at your expense. Once the item has been verified and has been received, then a full refund will be given. It is recommended you ship your item back using a trackable service so it doesn't get lost. 

  • We do not have any control if your item is held in customs for any reason. Note: We've never encountered this problem.
  • We are not responsible for natural disasters or any delays with the shipping company once your order has been shipped.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your product back to us without a Return Authorization from our support team. We ship thousands of products and we want to make sure there are minimal errors should you wish to return or exchange for any reason.
